RBI strengthening card for spell use.
It is very delicious to be able to permanently strengthen the RBI without using 《Solidarity》.
Since it's a spellbook, it's searchable, and if you line up multiple cards, you can get a tremendous boost.
Furthermore, even if he is destroyed, he will search using spells and aftercare is thorough.
And since magic counters accumulate, you can't miss the fact that it works well with 《Magical Citadel of Endymion》.
Anyway, it's a useful card, and I'd like to have multiple copies in his Deck, which is the main Spellbook.

However, if he doesn't destroy it, he'll have a hit point for spellcasters... if you use precious non-destruction removal on this card, you'll be left with something like Junon.
The downside is that he's only useful in his deck that uses Spellbook. Now that he counts all spell cards... is that a broken card?
